Exhibit Space Rates

Exhibit space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. GST 5% extra. Terms: 50% deposit at time of booking. Exhibit space must be paid in full by August 31, 2009. See contract for details.

Exhibit Space Sales Procedures

• Exhibit space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A 50% deposit is required 14 days from the invoice date. After 14 days, if the payment is not received, the exhibit space will be released and be made available to other exhibitors.
• General Space Sales open up to new exhibitors at 8:00am Thursday, May 15, 2009.
• First, second, and third choices must be outlined clearly on your application.
• Exhibit space will be confirmed within 3 working days of receiving your application.
